Vif

Geoffrey Gotfryd, already at the head of the famous Parsley, opens a second street-food restaurant on the rue d’Oberkampf, Vif. Partnered for the occasion with Alex Kiman, the restaurateur has created a menu of sandwiches and bowls based on grilled meats cooked on site. Marinades, seasonings and spice blends are all homemade. The made-to-measure barbecue is over 2 meters long and serves as a base for fresh, original and healthy recipes, inspired by oriental recipes, with a Parisian touch that makes it irresistible.

Brand Brothers, having imagined Parsley’s identity, continues to follow the chef in his prolific openings, with a raw graphic territory, a logo that modulates in 3 versions, thanks to a precise interaction between the 3 characters of the logo, which offers a natural visual system to the identity. This modular logo can be seen everywhere, and serves as the basis for the graphic design of the restaurant, part of whose walls are made up of a series of 3 posters repeated over the entire surface, as well as the iron curtain. A raw, minimal graphic language, enhanced by bright red, distilled in small touches.
