La Montgolfière are social sports clubs located in Paris, designed as multidisciplinary spaces for creativity and freedom. Beyond sports, they are places of culture, discovery, and expression, unique in the urban landscape. The first club, on Canal Saint-Martin, is now firmly established in the Parisian cultural landscape—its aura extends far beyond the borders of the Île-de-France region. For the opening of its second club, in the 18th arrondissement, we were tasked with updating La Montgolfière’s graphic identity, which we had already designed in 2017.
The lettering of the logo, designed entirely by the studio, has gained in compactness and maturity, as has the monogram, which has undergone a subtle evolution. This precise, balanced work is intended to strengthen the brand’s presence in the years to come. We then worked on a complete visual environment designed to convey the unique vibe of the clubs. A clever mix of sporting energy and raw creativity, driven by a diverse community and a constantly defended open-mindedness. We have thus developed a rich grammar of textures capable of constantly reforming themselves, offering the identity an extremely wide visual range. The whole is gradually being rolled out across La Montgolfière’s communication channels.
